Cikgu Rosmawati took over as principal in 2024 when more than half of Year 1 students were struggling with basic literacy and numeracy. She launched Magic Touch Generasi Madani (MAGTOGM), mobilizing teachers, parents, and the community, and introduced 12 innovative learning spaces along with student-run entrepreneurial projects like a flower nursery. All initiatives were implemented by teachers with support from the PTA at no external cost. Within six months, the percentage of struggling students dropped from 51.61% to 2.4%, attendance rose above 90%, and students’ academic, personal, and co-curricular performance improved significantly.
