Rabindra started his career as a primary school teacher in 1992. Upon graduating from UPSI in 2002, Rabindra was posted to a secondary school. In 2006, after completing his M.Ed. from UPSI, he joined the curriculum development division. He moved on to complete his PhD. in pedagogy and curriculum from UKM in 2016. In 2021, he joined the English Language Teaching Centre, an in service training institute for English language teachers. Rabindra strongly believes besides content knowledge, passion and dedication, the highest level of integrity and inspiration mold the best teachers.
