Aniket currently serves as the Senior Director of Programs at Global School Leaders. Previously, the Head of School and Teacher Training Lead for ARK’s first public private partnership school in India, he started his education career as a primary school teacher in an under-resourced public school through the Teach for India fellowship. Following his teaching stint, he continued serving the Teach for India mission in various capacities, including designing curriculum and coaching teachers. He has worked extensively on conceptualising and executing teacher training programs and supporting organisations across the Global South in developing school leadership training programs.
