She is a School Improvement Specialist Coach (SISC+) responsible for coaching and mentoring to guiding teachers in the aspects of pedagogy, assessment and curriculum towards a more interesting and effective classroom teaching and learning, aligned with the current development using the elements of fun learning, technology, and creative and innovative pedagogy as well as to instill high order thinking skills to attract students to learn. She holds a bachelor’s degree in TESL and a PhD in education management. Her specialty is as an English Language and ICT coach, education innovation, workshop speaker and facilitator, Professional Learning Community (PLC) expert, conference presenters and journals writing.
