Assoc. Prof. Datin Dr. Cynthia Yolanda Doss is currently, a Senior Research Fellow at Taylor’s University. She has more than 36 years of experience in teaching the English Language and has been actively involved in teacher training, train-the-trainer, and curriculum design, and has co-authored several ELT books. In her many years of teaching at the University, she has had experience in teaching and supervising Ph.D. students, being an examiner for both Master’s and Ph.D. courses. She has taught and conducted workshops on Applied Linguistics, Pedagogy, Research Methodology, Literature, Critical Thinking, Professional Communication, and Business English.
