Hanisah is currently serving in the GENIUS Division, Ministry of Education Malaysia as Senior Assistant Secretary Grade DG44. Hanisah has about 15 years of experience as an educator in the field of early education and childcare. She has attended various courses, workshops and lectures on early childhood education to improve her knowledge and skills. Starting in August 2020, she was appointed as Senior Assistant Secretary (Axis Officer) and was responsible for implementing the National GENIUS Program at the National GENIUS Children’s Center as well as ensuring the quality of program delivery and center management is well regulated. In addition to that, Hanisah is also one of the panel members of the Early Childhood Care and Education Quality Standard (SKPAK) which is run by the Quality Assurance Unit, GENIUS Division, Ministry of Education Malaysia.
