Hyginus Lester is attached to the Language Unit of Labuan Education Department. He is the recipient of the Ministry of Education Teacher Icon Award (2015), Bett Asia Global Citizen Award (2016) and Ministry of Education (EPRD) Best Action Research Master Trainer (2022). He has held various positions in the academic field including National i-Think Master Trainer, National Bacaan HEBAT Master Trainer, National Action Research Master Trainer, National MBMMBI Master Trainer and Chairman of Labuan Excellent Teacher Council (Majlis Guru Cemerlang). Currently, he is a board member of Intercultural and Global Engagement Center USA, founder president of Labuan Research, Innovation and Creativity Society (LaRIS) and Chairman of International Creativity and Innovation in Education for Language Teaching and STEM (CAIELTS).
