Masniah is currently serving in the Learning Sector, Sabah State Education Department (JPN) as the Senior Assistant Director (KPPK) of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) unit. Her service at JPN Sabah started in 2020 as a KPP in the School Management Sector. After only one year in the sector, she was transferred to the PPD Planning and Management Sector (SPPD). This transfer is due to her experience in the field of planning because she have previously served at the Aminuddin Baki Sabah Branch Institute (IABCS) for four years. At the Aminuddin Baki Institute Masniah was heavily involved in the management of programs for middle leaders as well as future head teachers and principals (PGB). Mismanagement of the most meaningful program is the NPQEL program. This program is one that provides a lot of management knowledge to prospective PGB. She also served at IABCS because she wanted to increase my knowledge in school management in addition to gaining new experience. The experience at the School Nazir Congregation gave me a lot of real knowledge related to school management because the systematic school monitoring by the Nazir congregation helped me guide the school in terms of management as well as the teaching and learning of teachers.
